Picture perfect: Portfolio nets student a scholarship

Josh Barker, a senior at Richwood High School, received one of three $10,000 scholarships in photography to the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. He won the scholarship by submitting a portfolio of his original photos and an essay to a panel of judges at the institute.
